Coaching Philosophy

Hi, I’m Sonia, the founder and lead performance nutritionist behind The Elite Nutrition.

 

I help busy professionals and athletes achieve their health, performance and body composition goals without tracking everything or sacrificing work, training, or life commitments. My goal is to help you become someone who can make confident nutrition decisions without extremes, restriction, or constantly starting over. 

 

Rather than focusing only on what you eat, I focus on how you eat. The habits, systems, and decisions that determine whether progress actually lasts in the real world.  At The Elite Nutrition, “elite” is not about who you are or the level you compete at. It is about the standard you hold yourself to. How you fuel, how you recover, and how you show up day after day.

 

Coaching is offered by application only, to ensure this approach is the right fit for your goals, lifestyle, and expectations.

The Elite Nutrition supports athletes who train with intent, from committed recreational athletes to sub-elite and elite competitors, and want to fuel training consistently, improve performance and recovery, use supplementation safely and evidence-based, and build habits that support long-term development rather than short-term fixes.

This Is Not For You

The Elite Nutrition is not the right fit if you are looking for quick fixes, want rigid meal plans with no flexibility, or are unwilling to reflect on habits and take ownership of change.

  • Nutrition coaching based on priorities, such as:

    • ​Sport-specific fuelling and recovery plan

    • Pre-, during- and post-training strategies

Single Session

For Adults or Athletes

These sessions are ideal if you’re not ready for ongoing coaching or have a specific topic you want expert input on. For example:

  • Professionals feeling stuck with fat loss or energy


If you later move into monthly coaching, the session can be credited.
