Hi, I’m Sonia, the founder and lead performance nutritionist behind The Elite Nutrition.

 

I help athletes, active adults and busy professionals achieve their health, performance and body composition goals without tracking everything or sacrificing work, training, or life commitments. My goal is to help you become someone who can make confident nutrition decisions without extremes, restriction, or constantly starting over.
